Job Description
Experience Required: 7-12 Years
Employment Type: Full-time (36 Months Contract)
Location: Remote (IST Business Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Travel: Open to short-term travel to Delhi and client locations as required
Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned ERP Functional Consultant with 7-12 years of hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered full-cycle implementations across various industries including discrete and process manufacturing, with deep functional knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Inventory Costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from requirement gathering through to post-go-live support and maintenance.
- Provide functional expertise in Production Control, Quality Management, Master Planning, and Cost Management.
- Configure and optimize processes in Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory & Warehouse Management, and Product Information Management.
- Develop and maintain critical documentation including Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), user manuals, and training guides.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis, Fit-Gap assessments, system configurations, workflow policy setups, data migration, and scenario-based testing.
- Deliver end-user training and define appropriate security roles and access controls.
- Provide consistent functional application support and proactively engage with clients to address business needs.
Required Skills:
- Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available for full-time commitment during the contract period.
- Willingness to travel to Delhi or client sites based on project requirements.
