Job Description
Aspire Systems is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in Leadership Hiring, focusing on roles such as Vice Presidents, Directors, Practice Head and other strategic leadership positions across technical and functional domains.
Requirements:
- 6 - 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in leadership/executive hiring
- Proven track record in closing roles like AVP, VP, Director, Practice Head, etc.
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with senior talent pools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Metrics-driven with a focus on quality closures and turnaround time
- Experience in handling confidential and high-impact hiring
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and define hiring strategies for Leadership requirements.
- Source top leadership talent using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs, and executive networks
- Screen and assess senior-level candidates for technical and behavioral fit
- Build strong engagement with passive talent and maintain long-term relationships
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles from sourcing to offer rollout and joining
- Conduct salary benchmarking and lead offer negotiations for senior roles
- Plan and execute leadership hiring campaigns, events, and interview drives
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems and ensure timely reporting
- Collaborate with CXOs, BU Heads, and HR Partners for stakeholder alignment
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience with proactive follow-up and engagement
- Stay updated with leadership hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence.
