Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Entry-Level, 0-1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with strong programming skills, a good grasp of Data Structures Algorithms (DSA), and a desire to work across both frontend and backend technologies. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in a fast-paced, learning-rich environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
B-Tech / M-Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Science or similar domain.
0-1 year of relevant experience (internships/projects count).
Strong understanding of DSA (Data Structures Algorithms).
Solid programming fundamentals (in languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++).
Basic understanding of backend development.
Familiarity / experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL - e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Good to Have:
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration practices.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or testing frameworks.
Previous project experience (college projects, hackathons, internships).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git / SVN).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
