Reviewing list of accounts allocated & strategize accordingly
Achieve daily customer contact/collection targets as per defined performance metrics
Manage collections by reviewing accounts, contacting customers, and achieving performance targets

Required Candidate profile

BCom Graduate with Min 2 yrs experience in collections (preferably B2B collections)
Working knowledge of SAP system
Excellent Communication Skills
