Job Description
Experience : 10-12yrs (Minimum 9-10 years relevant BA Experience)
Location : Kochi/Chennai/Bangalore
Designation - Consultant
Notice Period - Immediate -30 days
Roles and Responsibilities:
l Minimum 9-10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
l Proven experience in acting as a Proxy Product Owner in Agile or SAFE environments.
l Strong background in real estate management, including CRM systems, property management platforms, lease management, and sales automation.
l Demonstrated experience in as-is and to-be process documentation, system analysis, and process optimization.
l Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
l Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
l Develop business case documents and feasibility studies for real estate projects.
l Analyze and optimize real estate operations, including property management, lease management, sales processes, and client engagement.
l Provide strategic insights on market trends, regulatory compliance, and customer needs within the real estate sector.
l Work on solutions to streamline workflows in areas such as asset management, tenant onboarding, and portfolio optimization.
l Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current system, identifying limitations, inefficiencies, and pain points.
l Document as-is processes with detailed process maps and workflows.
l Identify opportunities for process optimization, feature normalization, and automation.
l Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss and define to-be processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational improvements.
l Develop feature list for the new system that addresses identified gaps and supports future scalability.
l Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and client needs.
l Define, communicate, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for real estate software platforms.
l Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification docs, and process flows specific to real estate processes.
l Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize user stories
l Proficiency in business analysis tools and Techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
l Mentor junior business analysts and foster a collaborative team environment.
l Drive best practices and continuous improvement in business analysis methodologies.
l Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
l Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
