Job Description

Executing Technology Delivery Programs Capturing Screenshots of the session Sending the feedback link to participants
  • Ensuring the timely provision of learning resources like cloud passes and MOCs
  • Follow up on curriculum delivery daily
  • Ensuring the timely execution of assessments in deliveries
  • Ensuring timely completion and quality verification of Content development assignments
  • Pre-sales Taking handover from sales about batch requirements Connecting with the customer for SPOC responsibilities
  • Preparing and sharing Batch intimation details with the Faculty before the session
  • Post-training activity management Creating SLA report - GPA Assessment Correction Technical query support
    • Creating reports on delivery SLA, Competency, and Delivery for AVP Delivery and AVP Technology
    Project Management Assessments, Projectized Deliveries
  • Finalize the delivery plan with all required details
  • Finalize the tracking sheet with all required details
  • Tracking the execution of the project
  • Ensuring timely report creation and submission for the project
  • Daily update on curriculum delivered Ensuring timely assessment execution
  • Tracking report with weekly graph of all participant marks
  • Escalation of issues or concerns from the Consultant to Sales and Delivery Asst. Manager Operations
  • Updating the Consultant about the discussed and agreed-upon changes
  • Communicate with the client for clarification Weekly Review with AVP Delivery Competency Management Understanding the technology plan from AVP Technology Planning and Monitoring competency execution
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of artefacts for competency
  • Coordination between PH/TL and the consultant for evaluations
  • Competency release management Creating and submitting Competency Reports Induction Management
  • Understanding the induction plan from the Practice Head
  • Planning and Monitoring induction execution
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of artefacts for inductees
  • Coordination between PH/TL and the inductee for evaluations
  • Creating and submitting Induction Reports
