UI/UX Developer @ Rarr Technologies

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and a deep understanding of modern UI frameworks. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Translate business needs and user research into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React).
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries.
• Ensure consistency in branding, UI patterns, and design standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, design trends, and best practices.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Boot Strap, JavaScript , and at least one front-end framework ( Angular , React , or Vue.js ).
• Strong experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , InVision ).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
