Sandhata is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning Globally. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to support our DevSecOps, Integration, Digital Transformation, and Automation services, targeting banking, telecom, and large enterprises.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Drive campaigns, events, digital marketing , and thought leadership initiatives to position Sandhata as a market leader.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create compelling content, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
Manage social media, SEO, our website & it s content to enhance brand engagement.
Track and analyse marketing performance metrics , optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
Experience Required
10+ years in B2B IT marketing , preferably in DevOps, Cloud, Integration, Low Code/Automation or Digital Transformation services.
Proven track record in executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting large enterprises.
Experience in content marketing, brand positioning , and thought leadership.
Strong understanding of the Global IT services market , competitor landscape, and industry trends.
Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Ability to translate complex IT concepts (DevSecOps, Integration, Cloud, Low Code / Automation) into compelling marketing content.
Expertise in digital marketing strategies , including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Strong storytelling and content development skills , including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
Experience in event planning and execution , including industry conferences, webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
