Job Description

NP:15-20 days

• Design and implement solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).
  
• Configure and customize Sterling OMS modules including order capture, order fulfillment, inventory, and payment processing.
  
• Develop and maintain custom APIs, agents, services, and user exits in the OMS framework.
  
• Integrate OMS with third-party systems like ERP, WMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, and middleware.
  
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  
• Participate in system and integration testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD, deployments, and performance tuning.
