Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible UI components in ServiceNow using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Service Portal framework.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and backend developers to translate user requirements into functional and visually appealing ServiceNow solutions.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal, Workspaces, Catalog Items, and Dashboards.
Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and performance across ServiceNow applications.
Ensure consistency with brand standards and design systems across all ServiceNow interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues and defects.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities, UX frameworks, and industry trends.
