Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PO, FIORI, etc.).
Manage system refreshes, client copies, and transport management.
Handle SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations
Optimize system performance, memory management, and workload analysis.
Configure and maintain SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and Fiori landscapes.
Implement backup & recovery strategies and disaster recovery plans.
2. SAP Cloud Connector & Integration:
Install, configure, and maintain SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) for secure on-premise to cloud connectivity.
Integrate SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP BTP, and SaaS solutions with on-premise SAP systems.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues between SAP systems and cloud applications (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc.).
Ensure secure communication via SSL certificates, SSO, and OAuth configurations.
3. Application Managed Services (AMS) Support:
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Basis-related incidents and service requests.
Work on bug fixes, minor enhancements, and system optimizations as part of AMS scope.
Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
