Job Description

You ll collaborate with our product teams to create user-centered designs and establish design standards.

Technical Requirements

1.Expert proficiency in Figma

2.Strong portfolio of mobile first designs

3.Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills

4.Experience with design systems and component libraries

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead design projects from concept to delivery

2.Mentor and guide design team members

3.Collaborate with engineering and product teams globally

4.Establish and maintain design standards and processes

Essential Skills

1.4+ years UI/UX design experience

2.Excellent English communication skills

3.Experience working with international teams

4.Comfortable with async communication and flexible hours for global collaboration

Shared Requirements

1.Bachelor s degree in relevant field

2.Proven remote collaboration skills

3.Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities

4.Experience with agile methodologies
