Responsibilities:
- Assist in on-ground procurement planning in core production belts
- Work with farmers, FPOs, traders, and packhouses for daily sourcing coordination.
- Track and record arrival volumes, farm-gate prices, quality patterns, and crop conditions.
- Facilitate quality assessment and grade-wise classification of fruits.
- Support in logistics coordination, vehicle loading, and documentation.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on trade volumes, price trends, and packhouse performance.
- Contribute to building a sourcing playbook for the region.

- Strong interest in agri supply chain / post-harvest operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively or be based in rural belts during the season.
- Good communication skills in Kannada + Hindi/English.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
