Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in TestIM and a strong background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated test scripts using TestIM.
• Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and follow up on resolution.
• Work closely with the product team to improve software quality and test coverage.

Required Skills:

• 37 years of experience in QA Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with TestIM.
• Experience in testing web-based applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python (preferred for TestIM customization).
• Experience working in insurance domain projects is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and test life cycle (STLC).
