• Resource will be a part of the OEA team and handling different Projects Initiatives impacting improvements within the space of Business Improvements Efficiencies etc
• Engages champions process owners team members and stakeholders to deliver performance improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools methods and concepts while providing leadership and advice on these technical areas
• Providing consulting around Automation Opportunities and driving the end-to-end initiatives resulting in business improvements
• Monitor productivity management utilization and quality KPIs in the core operation and enabling functions globally all locations
• Analyze Data to identify improvement opportunities and drive actions accordingly
• Ensuring defined processes are adhered and tasks are performed as per the defined processes
• Provide training on Operational Excellence Tools to internal coworkers and stakeholders globally
• Prepares regular and ad hoc reports and adhering to the deadlines Ensuring accuracy and quality of the reports Excellent MS Excel skills
• Prepares regular and ad hoc high quality management presentations and by the respective deadlines Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Translating ideas analysis outcomes into storyboarding presentations
