Job Description
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end integration solutions using OIC, SOA Suite, and MFT to connect SaaS, on-premises applications, databases, and third-party systems
- Define integration patterns (EAI, API-led, event-driven, batch, file-based), governance models, and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into high-level architecture, detailed solution designs, and technical specifications
- Establish best practices and standards for integration architecture, security, error handling, performance, and monitoring
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct architecture reviews, design validation, and performance tuning of integration solutions
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Application Architects to align integration architecture with enterprise IT strategy
- Engage in stakeholder communication to manage expectations, present architecture solutions, and support decision-making
- Lead migration strategies (SOA to OIC or hybrid cloud models) and modernization of legacy integration solutions
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance policies in integration solutions
- Support vendor/product evaluations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and solution workshops
- Enterprise Integration Architecture Design and Governance
- Solution Architecture Documentation (Architecture Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams)
- Experience leading migration strategies (SOA to OIC, hybrid cloud/on-prem)
- Stakeholder engagement and executive communication
- Risk management and mitigation in complex integration projects
- Mentorship and technical leadership of development teams
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Integration Cloud certifications
- TOGAF or other architecture frameworks (optional but a plus)
