Job Overview:
We are seeking a technically proficient and hands-on DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps efforts across a diverse suite of applications, including Odoo (Python), Magento (PHP), Node.js, and other modern and legacy web platforms. The candidate should have solid experience in CI/CD, automation, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ideally with relevant certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team.
- Oversee deployment, scaling, and maintenance of applications such as:
- Odoo (Python/PostgreSQL)
- Magento (PHP/MySQL)
- Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Manage multi-environment setups (QA, staging, production).
- Implement Docker/Kubernetes-based containerization and orchestration.
- Use IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar tools.
- Ensure security, high availability, and cost optimization of cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate across development, QA, and support teams for seamless delivery.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in DevOps/cloud/system engineering roles.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
- Proven deployment experience with Odoo, Magento, Node.js.
- Strong cloud experience in AWS / Azure / GCP environments.
- Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, PHP CLI, or Node CLI.
- Excellent understanding of Linux, networking, Git, Nginx, proxies, and load balancers.
- Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
Preferred Certifications:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Google Cloud DevOps Engineer
