Job Title: Junior Resident/ Senior Resident - Obs & Gynae, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, Dermatology, Radiology
Location: Graphic Era Hospital, Dehradun
Job Overview: Graphic Era Hospital in Dehradun is seeking a qualified and experienced Junior Resident/Senior Resident. The JR/SR will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care , collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Patient Care:
- Manage and provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients admitted to the hospital
- Monitor and evaluate the condition of patients, administer appropriate treatments, and make critical decisions in emergency situations.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
2.Medical Rounds and Documentation:
- Conduct regular medical rounds, document patient progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
3.Communication:
- Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and colleagues regarding treatment plans, prognoses, and any relevant information.
- Participate in regular meetings and case discussions with the medical team.
4.Education and Training:
- Contribute to the educational activities of the department by participating in teaching programs, workshops, and training sessions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior residents, medical students, and nursing staff.
5.Quality Improvement:
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- State Medical Council registration.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
License:
- Valid medical license and registration with the State Medical Council, National Medical Council.
