Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency
Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner
Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information regarding hotel services and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and special offers
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain guest accounts accurately
Follow all hotel policies and standard operating procedures
Preferred candidate profile
Proven work experience as a hotel receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred
Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar) is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language
Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
High school diploma or relevant qualification; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
