We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive / Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial operations, preparing MIS reports, and handling audits, with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering results.


Objectives of the Role

  • Ensure timely processing and accurate payment execution of all financial transactions.
  • Support and contribute to month-end and year-end financial closures.
  • Coordinate and manage internal, external, tax, and statutory audits, ensuring all documentation and responses are timely and accurate.
  • Provide financial analytics and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities


Daily Operations:

  • Authorize and review invoices to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Conduct daily transaction reviews and process audits to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Track and manage purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and goods receipt notes (GRN).

Monthly and Strategic Activities:

  • Prepare and maintain audit schedules and documentation for financial, internal, and tax audits.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
  • Present financial dashboards and reports during monthly reviews with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Analyze financial data and provide MIS reports and actionable insights to support business performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance operations, audit coordination, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; knowledge of dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
