Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will focus on generating patient referrals by effectively promoting AquaCentric Therapy's unique services.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and establish relationships with key surgeons, orthopedists, neurologists, pedatricians, and other relevant medical professionals.
Maintain and grow a network of healthcare professionals to ensure consistent referral flow.
Service Promotion:
Communicate the benefits and differentiators of AquaCentric Therapys services effectively.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages of aqua therapy for specific patient conditions.
Referral Management:
Ensure timely follow-up on referrals and maintain a high standard of service coordination with medical professionals.
Act as the liaison between referring doctors and the therapy center for any patient-related queries.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from medical professionals to develop strategies for increasing referrals.
Stay updated on medical advancements and ensure alignment with industry standards.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of visits, referrals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on referral trends, challenges, and achievements to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in a medical, healthcare, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related role.
Strong network of surgeons, physicians, and healthcare professionals is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
