Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
Handle BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) mandates across junior, mid, and senior-level

Required Candidate profile

Min 2 years of exp in HR Recruitment OR a full-time MBA (HR).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Willing to consider candidates from banking sales who are looking to switch to HR.
