Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Plan, organize, and execute BTL activities such as promotions, events, and product launches at retail outlets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of trade promotion initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform trade marketing decisions.
  • Manage budgets for trade marketing campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in Trade Marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of BTL activation, BTL marketing, and trade promotion concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across various functions.
