History taking and documentation, assessment of vitals.
Discussing patients history and findings with treating consultant for formulation of a care plan.
Transcribing any medication or other orders given by the treating consultant into the medical record.
Clarifying any doubts, the patient/ family may have about treatment/ procedure/ processes at the hospital/ investigation results.
Liaison between patients and treating doctor or administrative staff for any patient queries.
Transcription of discharge summaries on treating consultants directions.
Entering data and maintaining all documentation in hard & Soft copy for all possible records and documents (Scan Report/ Prescription/ Discharge card/ Investigations/ Referral letter / Sickness /Fitness/Medical certificate, etc.).
Transcribing ultrasound scan report of patients into the electronic system.
To work as patient care coordinator for centre.
Explaining all procedures to patient as well as all pre-procedure advice to be observed by the patients before procedure.
Educating couple about flow of patient on various visit
Explaining Medicine to Couple/Patient as per the prescription advised by the Sr. Consultant
Resolve patients queries & brief them about various fertility solutions available.
Liaise with patients and other staff to ensure seamless centre operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards, while maintaining the highest standards in patient care
