Job Title:
Senior Automation Architect UI & API Automation With Java

Duration of Contract: 6 months

Total Years of Experience:12+ years

Relevant Years of Experience: 8+ years

Work Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Trivandrum (Hybrid onboarding)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of UI and API automation frameworks from scratch.
  
• Perform hands-on automation of UI and APIs using Playwright, Selenium, and Rest Assured.
  
• Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) on emerging automation tools and recommend optimal solutions aligned to the current tech stack and platform.
  
• Strategize API automation implementation plans across architecture layers, and present strategies in technical forums with clients and other vendors for review and sign-off.
  
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing Selenium (Java-based) automation frameworks.
  
• Ensure integration with Qmetry test management tools.
  
• Mentor and guide other automation engineers, enforcing best practices in design, code quality, and tool usage.
