Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing for performance improvement.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rates to optimize campaign performance.
• Continuously improve Quality Score and reduce ad costs.
• Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps to track user behavior.

Landing Page & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization):

• Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-converting landing pages.
• Run A/B tests on CTAs, ad creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions.

Budget & Bid Management:

• Efficiently allocate and manage ad budgets to maximize lead generation and ROI.
• Use automated bidding strategies and manual bid adjustments for best results.

Competitor & Market Analysis:

• Keep track of industry trends, competitor strategies, and new PPC trends.
• Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and overall strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Google Ads, Linked Ads, and social media paid campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and conversion tracking.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
