Job Description

Job title: Insurance Product Manager (NRI and Virtual Relationship Managers) Location: Gurgaon BU/Function: Bancassurance Reports to: Life Insurance Product Head Overall, Job Description: This position serves as driving Insurance to achieve overall NRI Insurance business targets for IBL in an open architecture platform. Create Insurance product proposition basis customer personas in the bank. Impart Insurance training for NR relationship managers and support during large value sales call Support Relationship Managers during underwriting of large value applications Incumbent should have an eye for detail and drive the business using all the key business parameters like activation, productivity, ATS etc. Run Analytical based campaigns to ensure an increase in Life Insurance Penetration in NR client base. Design and executive processes, drive business quality, persistency and customer redressals Stakeholder engagement / communication on key business performance. Develop market intelligence to track key trends in the Insurance industry and competitive benchmarking, technology trends and regulatory changes. Managing healthy product quality mix and revenue mix for the bank Work Experience Requirements The incumbent should at least have not less than 10 years of work experience in the Life Insurance domain managing NR segment in an Insurance Company / Bank. Incumbents having worked in Insurance Company and Bank will be preferred. EDUCATION Essential requirement: MBA Preferred: MBA from reputed institute Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits Strong Communication skills Sharp analytical orientation Having the ability to create and deliver Business and Product presentations. Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.,
