Position
Senior Consultant - Data Strategy & Enterprise Analytics (Part time)
Location
UIDAI, Head Office, New Delhi
Remuneration
Upto 3000/- per hour (Negotiable)
Monthly ceiling 100 hours.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Master's degree in Management ( Desirable )
Experience Required
- At least 10 years of experience in project management and consulting in the field of IT/software development.
- Prior experience with government sector technology initiatives (Desirable)
- Proven experience as a Project Lead managing complex, data-driven projects, especially involving dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, with a demonstrated ability to manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights in a simple, actionable format.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and provide timely, efficient solutions.
Job Description
- Lead and manage strategic projects focusing on data insights, dashboard development, and data visualization.
- Oversee the planning, monitoring, and execution of dashboards to improve decision-making processes.
- Consult with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for dashboarding and reporting needs.
- Develop project roadmaps and timelines, ensuring the delivery of key milestones from infrastructure setup to generating insights.
- Lead and coordinate efforts across multiple teams, including technical teams and business divisions, to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure that all team members are aligned and motivated to meet deadlines.
- Ensure smooth communication across teams to resolve challenges and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders to ensure the project is aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the setup and management of ETL pipelines and BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Guide the development and deployment of custom visualization tools to enhance reporting capabilities and enable actionable insights.
- Ensure proper integration of data from multiple sources for effective business intelligence.
- Track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Report progress to senior leadership, detailing successes, challenges, and next steps.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of data solutions on business outcomes.
