Job Description

Job details & Key Responsibilities :

• B-tech IT/Computer Science /MCA/PGDCA, with 5-6 years of experience.
• Should have sound working knowledge of Application support, implementation, testing, integration between the applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application related problems, software and patch update. Close coordination with the OEMs.
• Current running applications, SAP, Ivalua, Oracle EPM, Solus, RPA-Bot, WeConnect(Inhouse).
• Setting of Multifunctional Authentication, Single Sign On, Self Service Password Reset on azure AD identity to AWS. Setting up synching of hybrid AD.
• SQL Server database backups and restore
• Regular review of events, alerts, logs through event viewer, optimization of environment and permanent fixes.
• Good Knowledge/understanding of Information policies, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Compliance.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and relationship skills
