Packaging Machine Operator @ DMart

Job Description

Experience Required:
3 to 8 years of experience in operating and maintaining machines in a production environment.

Qualification:
ITI (Mechanical , Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Electrical)

Job Locations: Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Thane

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve production targets as outlined in the production plan.
  
• Operate and maintain machines independently.
  
• Perform troubleshooting and ensure timely action to minimize breakdowns during operations.
  
• Ensure pouch sealing quality meets specified standards.
  
• Monitor text and barcode accuracy printed on pouches.
  
• Manage a team of 10 workers, assigning tasks based on skill and ability.
  
• Report daily activities and issues to the Production Supervisor.
