Billing Analyst @ Divya Staffing

Job Description

You will play a key role in our finance department as a Billing Engineer, . The Billing Engineer is responsible for reviewing and processing all billing documents, tracking project costs, and communicating with customers to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities:
Create measurement sheets from data and field maps
Preparation of invoices along with invoices and tender costs
Get the authentication statement from the client.
Create and process subcontractor invoices
Data entry and analysis in ERP or SAP software (if your company uses it)
Checking contractors invoices This includes verifying measurements on site and confirming prices with bidders.
For measurement by field engineers.
processing in accordance with company protocols.
To follow up from accounting on payments.

Requirements
Qualification Required-Diploma,B.tech,M.tech,IT,Diploma,12th,
Degree in microbiology or biochemistry or related
Work Department-Microbiologist
Work Industry-Pharma,Healthcare
Skills -Proficient in methods and practices of microbiological analysis.
