Job Description

Looking for somebody for OEM Sales / Architect Sales / Dealer sales for Laminate manufacturing firm 

• Identify and pursue new OEM business opportunities across targeted industries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM partners to maximize retention and revenue.

• Develop customized proposals, quotations, and pricing models for OEM customers.

• Negotiate long-term supply agreements and terms with OEM clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, production) to align product offerings with OEM customer requirements.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth areas.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual OEM sales targets.

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate regular sales reports.
