Lead Salesforce Heroku Developer (Ruby | AWS Migration) Location: Pune Experience: 7+ Years | Tech Stack: Salesforce | Heroku | Ruby on Rails | AWS | API Integrations We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Heroku Developer to lead and support our Salesforce Cloud to AWS migration initiatives. This role combines deep technical expertise in Salesforce, Heroku, and AWS, along with strong programming skills and integration experience. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing cloud-native applications while ensuring secure and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Heroku applications and migration to AWS infrastructure. Re-architect and optimize existing Heroku-based apps and microservices for AWS scalability and performance. Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs, Heroku Connect, and middleware to enable seamless communication between Salesforce, Heroku, and AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build CI/CD pipelines, enable DevOps best practices, and maintain code quality. Write clear and concise documentation for architectures, solutions, and code. Analyze system requirements and identify gaps in architecture or integration approaches. Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Mandatory Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Heroku platform and Ruby on Rails. Proven track record of migrating applications/services from Salesforce Cloud or Heroku to AWS. Proficient in Apex, Heroku Connect, PostgreSQL, and Salesforce CRM integrations. Solid understanding of AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB. Experience in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/ECS/EKS), and serverless computing. Proficient in scripting/programming languages: Node.js, Python, or Java. Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Git-based workflows.,
