We're hiring for a US-based collection process where you'll call customers who have missed their credit card payments within 90 days to collect due payments. Your goal will be to convince them to make payments over the call or facilitate the payment process. The job requires working rotational night shifts from 5:30 PM to 10 AM, with 5 days of work and 2 days off, although you may be required to work on the 6th day as per business needs, which will be paid separately. The minimum educational requirement is HSC, and both freshers and experienced candidates from BPO and non-BPO backgrounds can apply. The salary will be discussed in the final round of the interview, with a maximum package of up to 32,000 + 3,000 + overtime allowances .
