Company: Leading General Insurance Company.
Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai.
Qualification: Any full-time graduate.
Experience: Min. 6+ years in Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a comprehensive L&&D strategy aligned with business priorities and future skills needs.
2. Conduct organization-wide learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
3. Lead the development and delivery of scalable learning programmes, including leadership development, technical training, soft skills development, and compliance training.
4. Leverage digital learning platforms, tools, and blended learning models to ensure engaging, accessible development experiences.
5. Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and impact measurement, and continuously improve based on data and business outcomes.
6. Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create customized learning pathways.
7. Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System.
8. Contribute to organizational change efforts by aligning learning initiatives with transformation goals.
9. Support initiatives that promote inclusion and cultural alignment.
10. Use data and diagnostics to shape OD programs and interventions.
