Location: Mahul, Chembur, Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:00 am 6:00 pm
Working Days: MonSat (2nd & 4th Sat off; availability required)
Reporting To: GM & Partners

Job Summary:
Looking for a Warehouse Manager with 5+ years of experience to handle end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and e-commerce order fulfilment (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart). Must have strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock audits, and warehouse organization

• Manage e-commerce order processing, dispatch, and returns

• Coordinate procurement and supplier relations

• Handle expired/damaged stock and ensure compliance

• Supervise and train warehouse staff

• Generate inventory and order fulfilment reports

Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart

• Knowledge of inventory tools (Zoho, Unicommerce, etc.)

• Strong Excel & ERP skills

• Leadership, analytical & communication skills

• Familiarity with logistics and shipping operations

Bonus:

• Experience with warehouse automation

• B2B/B2C supply chain knowledge

• Relevant certifications
