KRAs Supporting Actions Maintenance: Coordinate, monitor all maintenance activities. Attend the Break down with minimum Time & elimination of root cause. Recording of PM Check sheet. Job planning and job allocation. Daily Condition monitoring of equipments. Execution of Modification as per requirement of Production/maintenance. Ensure usage of PPE Spare Management: Spares planning and to assist in procurement of spares. Arranges for required tool & Tackles & materials. Raising Purchase requisition & issuing material from store. Interact with purchase department on available vendors. Review the technical specifications. Discuss with vendors and verify the required specifications. Resources Optimization : Execute deploy resources like manpower, machine & material Implemented set plan for optimum utilization of resources such as manpower, machine & material Monitoring manpower productivity on day to day basis. Training To impart training to the bottom level for skill enhancement. WCM Implementation of fundamentals of Planned and Self Maintenance Ensure that 8 dimensions of WCM Excellence Model are implemented and followed on the shop floor. Implement the guidelines and clauses of Quality & Environment Management System as per plan. Data Updating in IMS system IMS Implement the guidelines and clauses of Quality & Environment Management System as per plan. Data Updating in IMS system Safety Ensure usage of PPE Follow all safety norms,
