Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Training Programs: Design and implement sales training modules covering Product knowledge[Medical], In Clinic Effectiveness ,Seling Skills,RCPA & MDPs
• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver in-person and virtual training workshops for new MR/RM/ZM -On board and existing Sales people . Periodic tests for sales team. MDPs for line managers as per requirements of SBUs.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through feedback, sales performance data, and ongoing assessments.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activities, and new Training methodologies. [Digital ,Social & AI]
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals and market strategies.
• On job training--Work on Low performing HQs, MRs & create training modules & periodic evaluations for same.
• Induction of Line managers & imparting Roles -Responsibilities training for Front line managers.
