Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical recruitment, hands-on experience with IT roles and tools, and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines across India and US time zones. This role also involves leading a small team and requires a high level of organizational, communication, and strategic sourcing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and engage top IT professionals through portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), referrals, and networking.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment: resume screening, interviews, evaluation, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand role requirements and build talent strategies.
- Manage and update ATS tools and maintain a seamless hiring process.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche technical roles.
- Post and manage job listings across platforms and ensure high visibility.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through timely communication and engagement.
- Coordinate hiring activities across different time zones (India & US).
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS data.
- Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree or Diploma in IT, HR, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT stacks, including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, SAP, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT) and productivity shortcuts.
- Expertise in Boolean search, sourcing tools, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including US time zone).
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in recruitment or HR tools (LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
- Experience hiring for US clients or international markets.
- Background in IT services, staffing, or tech-driven companies.
- Knowledge of basic employment law and compliance in hiring.
