• It is an Outbound Collections process.
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.  
• Contact debtors to inquire  of their payment status. 
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly.

Gross Salary's 18000/-

In hand after deduction-14500/-(Medical insurance and provident funds)

Incentive's up-to 12000/- based on the performance every month.

Kindly note: if continues 3 months achieved intensive they can get bonus on incentive up to 7-10%.
