Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic MMCEO to lead and drive offline sales for international inventory across the national market, based out of Kolkata. The role requires strong expertise in corporate, channel, or B2B sales, along with a proven track record in team leadership and high-growth execution.

Business Responsibilities

  • Drive offline sales from Indian partners to fill international travel inventory, ensuring nationwide coverage
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Indian corporates, travel agents, B2B aggregators, and strategic partners
  • Lead business planning, forecasting, and sales target delegation across multiple regions
  • Ensure business stability and scalability through structured processes and milestone setting
  • Regularly conduct market visits across key cities, analyzing trends and gathering feedback
  • Monitor and track monthly sales data, account progress, and team performance
  • Stay ahead of the market with insights on competition, pricing, and regional differences impacting sales

People Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 10+ on-roll sales professionals
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and performance coaching to ensure a high-impact sales team
  • Train team members on OYO systems, sales processes, product knowledge, and soft skills
  • Support the team in negotiating and closing large B2B or corporate deals
  • Conduct performance reviews, implement RCA, and drive continuous improvement plans
  • Enable strong internal collaboration between sales, supply, operations, and finance teams
  • Manage outliers and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly sales targets

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles
  • Prior experience in Corporate Sales, Channel Sales, or B2B Sales is mandatory
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder handling abilities
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and entrepreneurial in execution
  • Ability to travel across India as part of market coverage and team oversight
