Job Description:
Freshers and experienced both can apply
- Provide customer chat support
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve miscellaneous queries over chat
- Relevant experience in International Chat Process
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Good customer handling skills
- 5 days working with split weekly offs
- Comfortable working for rotational shifts and voice process
- Should not have plans of taking leaves during the first 3 months/probation period
- Should not be pursuing regular education
Eligibility criteria:
- Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
- Work location: Hyderabad, Bahadurpally Tech Mahindra Campus
- Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational offs
- 2-way cab facility provided
- Freshers are also eligible
