looking for a passionate Delivery & Operations Lead who is responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's product deliveries and operations. This includes meeting expected platform & product delivery standards. It will also need you to constantly evaluate these performance standards in order to beat industry expectations using innovation and technology. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, execution skills, team skills and project management aptitude along with a deep understanding of BFSI product operations and best practices

Ensuring timely delivery of services on IBDIC platforms

-Ensure quick issue identification and resolution within agreed timelines

-Own operational processes and process documentation

-Innovate to improve client and platform deliveries & standards

-Manage and ensure collaborative team objectives on standards, projects and governance imperatives
