Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Create and manage detailed project plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Agile Facilitation: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, including UAT, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both business analysis and project management within software development environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
