Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address outstanding payment issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure prompt payment and minimize bad debt.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the accounts receivable function.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
