Software Test Engineer @ Mitra Innovation

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test suites using Playwright for both API and UI layers.
• Proficient in at least 1 language either .Net, Java, Javascript etc.
• Develop robust test harnesses and test doubles to uplift unit, contract, and integration testing coverage.
• Collaborate with engineering squads to embed quality practices into the CI/CD lifecycle using Github actions or the like
• Contribute to shift left testing with performance in mind
• Able to contribute building AI engineering and embedment to current processes

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in test automation frameworks, especially Playwright
• Solid understanding of software testing principles across different levels (integration, contract, E2E).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
