Identify potential clients through various channels ( walk in, referral, broker, digital platforms, etc) and generate leads.
Conduct site visits with clients and provide complete information about the project, amenities, pricing and payment plans.
Handle client negotiation, address queries and ensure smooth closure of deals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, broker and channel partners.
Regular review of sales performance and updated report preparation.
Devlop and implement effective sales strategies to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
Eligibility -
Graduate/ Post graduate ( any field).
Minimum experience of 1 year in real estate.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM Software, MS Office and sales reporting tools.
