Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer Radiology EquipmentLocations: Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Vizag, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore

Promote and sell radiology equipment.
Identify and target new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of radiology equipment at client sites.
Ensure equipment is set up according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
Provide training to end-users on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Maintenance & After-Sales SupportPerform routine maintenance, calibration, and quality checks on installed equipment.
Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
Manage service contracts, including renewals and upgrades.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Gather feedback to improve products and services.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
Experience: 0 2 years of experience in sales and service of radiology equipment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of radiology equipment.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi) is preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
