Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Executive - AR to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments.

Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
