Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex web applications across the full stack.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using modern technologies.
- Develop rich front-end interfaces using React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
- Build and maintain robust back-end systems using Node.js / Java / Python / .NET, with solid API integration.
- Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Drive best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience in high-scale environments.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in backend frameworks like Node.js (Express/NestJS), Java (Spring Boot), or Python (Django/Flask).
- Proficient with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Deep understanding of system design, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with serverless architecture and GraphQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Prior experience in leading technical teams or acting as a tech lead.
- Contributions to open source projects or technical blogs is a plus.
